First let me say that Kay’s web site is tops, fast and easy to navigate. No glitches and always updating the listings. Kay answered every email and returned every phone call. I was able to keep a short list of properties that I was interested in. When I arrived in St. George Kay was ready with the list that I had forwarded to her and we immediately set out to walk through the properties. On that first afternoon I found the house I was willing to make and offer on. We worked up an offer that night by 11:00pm. This was on a Monday. We closed that same week at 11:00am on Thursday.
